fajitasFor three people: Tortillas: see "tortillas" Meat: 600g beef see "dad's marinade" Filling: 1/2 green pepper 1/2 red pepper 1 onion Condiments: sour cream 3 leaves lettuce 2 tomatos see "guacamole" Marinade beef as in "dad's marinade". Prepare tortilla dough as in "tortillas". While tortilla dough is settling, cook beef, either on grill or pan. Salt, pepper, and marinade while cooking. Cut into strips and set aside. Start cooking the tortillas. Slice pepper and onion into strips. Sautée with a bit of oil, salt, and pepper until not crunchy. Add beef when nearly done, then cover to keep warm. Serve! |
