chicken pot pie

Prepare an uncooked crust.

        1 lb (500 g) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
        1 c sliced carrots
        1 c frozen green peas
        1/2 c sliced celery

Put together in a saucepan -- cover with water, and boil for 15
minutes, then drain. Meanwhile...

Sautée:
        1/3 c butter
        1/3 c chopped onion

Add:
        1/3 c flour
        1/2 t salt
        1/4 t pepper
        1/4 t celery seed

Gradually add and simmer to thicken:
        1 3/4 c chicken broth
        2/3 c milk

Fill crust with chicken and veggies. Pour sauce over. Add top crust. 
Cook 30-35 minutes at 220C.
