bitabitabazuki

Mix:
	1 c sour cream
	1 t vanilla
	1/2 c sugar
	1 t baking powder
	1 shot rum or whiskey
	mace
	nutmeg

Add:
	6 egg whites
	2 egg yolks

Add slowly until rubbery:
	3 c flour

Roll 1/8" thin. Cut into diamonds. Make a slit in the center along the major
axis of the diamond, take a point at the end of the slit and pull it through
the slit, forming a strange-looking bow-like thing. Fry in cooking oil until
golden, dropping directly into a paper bag of powdered sugar for dusting.

Makes a whole bunch.

NOTES: We accidentally used 1 c sugar and 2 t vanilla, and they still weren't
very sweet. You may need more flour.
