racism

From the Cambria list: "No black men-white women themes".

Ones initial instinct is to say this illustrates the racism of consumers, that they would be offended by such an idea. But then one realizes that "black men-white women" themes in this context are probably designed to pander specifically to what one would consider racist interests; we're not talking about what just happens to be an interacial couple, but rather a couple chosen specifically to portray stereotypes for the purposes of fantasy.

This also begs the question: is it racist to find certain races more attractive?

It is better to have loved and lost -- much better.
