So I just applied for some contract work with Unified Consulting. The interview was conducted via email, and their questions were some of the best traditional ones I've seen. Traditional in the sense that it follows the "Tell us about a specific incident that proves you possess such-and-such obvious good quality" model. I think the less obvious the right answers are in an interview, the better.
